Location is hardly better *

The location in a quiet upscale residential area of Dorsoduro only a few running (what else in Venice)-minute walk to the Ponte Accademia and Zaterre (also vaporetto stations each) is just great. 15 minutes to it are maximum 20 minutes to St. Marco or Rialto. At the cruise ship terminal Zaterre nearby (supermarket) is also a bilateral contacts. The hotel itself is bezeichent , to right, 'design' , so is also the furniture, the Corridors and the room also. We were already often here (April and November 09 and May 10) surely not for the last time. Of course, no comparison to Gritti or similar, but but small, nice, unobtrusive and relaxed.
