In den Ort Cala Ginepro befinden sich drei große Hotelanlagen, eine davon ist das Club Hotel Cala Ginepro. Eine sehr gepflegte Einrichtung, mit einem Pool und ausreichend Liegenplätzen. Zum Strand sind es etwa 300m durch einen kleinen duftenden Pinienwald. Leider war der Strand übersät mit Seegras. Zum Baden somit völlig ungeeignet. Aber es gibt genügend andere Strände in der Umgebung (Mietwagen oder eigenes Fahrzeug ist sehr empfehlenswert). Wir waren Ende September in der Nachsaison. Somit ist der Ort sehr ruhig. Es gibt eine Bar und eine Pizzeria. Nichts außergewöhnliches. Nun zum Essen, dies ist nicht gerade mit Vielfalt gekrönt. Kaum Abwechslung. Es besteht aus 4 Gängen (Pasta oder Risotto, Hauptgericht, Salat, Desert). Jeden Abend gibt es Omelett oder Schnitzel (mal natur oder paniert). Schade, das keine italienische Küche angeboten wird. Abgesehen von den Nudeln. Doch sollte es in Sardinien, nicht auch die heimische Küche geben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, verfügt jedoch nur über geringe Fremdsprachenkenntnisse. Abgesehen von dem Essen im Hotel war es ein schöner Urlaub in Sardinien mit einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Gruß Kirstin.
