Great service, good location *

We had booked the first two nights with agoda in Hanoi. However, we had an unplanned night spend in Moscow, came just a day later on. No problem, without extra charge we were allowed to remain still two nights. The service was super, the desk in the Halong Bay booked and were Sapa great, well organized and fair prices! The rest of us, it was helping, without even getting a deal! Highly recommended! For a great start in our Vietnam vacation!
