Das Hotel liegt recht zentral und man kann vieles zu Fuß erkunden (ca. 10 Min. bis zum Dom). Die nächste Metrostation (Crocetta) liegt ca. 300 m entfernt. Die Zimmer sind okay und haben schalldichte Fenster und eine sehr gute (weil leise und effiziente) Klimaanlage. Es gibt leider keinen Safe im Zimmer, aber man kann einen an der Rezeption (kostenlos) mieten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Toll fanden wir, dass es von Tageszeitungen aus 6 verschiedenen Nationen Gratis-Kopien der ersten Seiten gab, falls man sich zum Frühstück mal schnell auf den aktuellen Stand bringen möchte. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und mehrsprachig (auch deutsch). Unserem Wunsch, an einem Tag das Frühstück auf's Zimmer zu bekommen, wurde gerne entsprochen. Alles in allem lässt sich das Hotel für eine Städtereise nach Mailand sehr empfehlen.
