Hotel Capri

As a tourist, I was definitely satisfied by the position of the hotel: not far from the centre, and just a few metres away from the underground station of Nestroyplatz. It was incredibly convenient, since the weather we found was quite rainy; and it was also quite confortable being so very close to the hotel at the end of the day, tired as we were for the long walks all around the city. I'd say that Hotel Capri is in a strategical location also for the short walks: when we wanted to visit the Luna Park or the surroundings, they were just there, in five minutes time by feet.

As I said before, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no particular problems in communicating with them, probably because they spoke English very well and slowly enough for me to be able to understand. They also knew some italian words, and that was very surprisingly, considering how much hard is to learn my language, and, even more, to find someone who can speak it. Room cleaning was perfect, just as everything we experienced; so I can't really say how staff would handle complaints, because we didn't need to complain anything.

The only gastronomy we experienced in the hotel was breakfast's food, so this part of my review will probably be very poor. I have nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the dining area; it was perfectly clean. There was a wide variety of different types of food, surely enough to satisfy people of different nationalities. I noticed though a lack of chocolate based food and of typical Italian/French breakfast's food like croissants and pastries.

The room was probably the part of the hotel I enjoyed the most. I really liked the position of the furniture, and I appreciate the way they're perfectly kept. The size of the double room was quite comfortable for two people, as well as the bathroom's size. I cannot say anything about the coffee machine, or the minibar, since I did not use them; and I cannot help but confirm what I previously said: rooms' conditions were excellent, and the sight I was able to admire from my own window was wonderful too. The equipment was perfect in every detail, from the towels to the pillows, and that's pretty much the best I can say with my knowlege of English language. I hope my grammar and my sentences were basically correct, and I apologize in advance for any error I might have made. But, mostly, I hope that my words were useful to anyone is looking for a place in which enjoy completely the beautiful atmosphere you can breath in Vienna.
