Only to sleep it's ok. *

Bathroom very small; the feet on the toilet in the shower - that may also be a pro - 2 fly with a lid and such. The water temperature is also only very difficult to regulate, careful water comes very hot from the shower. Safe was available but not functioning, only with a Schräubchen in the wall "attached', of a few other guests there he even only at the rack. Size of the room was sufficient for sleeping but not to hang out there. Although the cleaning staff make their way but not quite the dirt zurande, but on the whole acceptable. 2-3 149,128 little things were after reporting it to the front desk but within quickly fixed-very good. Pool not available, but in a a bit far from hotel can be one used, as well as the beach - very bad. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity plentiful, also very good. Was mainly for diving here at ORCA Dive - highly recommended!

Sehr geehrter Gast,

es tut mir leid,dass das Hotel nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach und moechte mich aber trozdem fuer Ihren Kommentar bedanken - denn nur wer weiss was er falsch macht kann es auch wirklich aendern.

Leider kann ich an der Groesse der Zimmer nicht viel tun, aber dass ist ja nun auch einer der Gruede weshalb wir "nur" ein 3 Sterne Haus sind. (Die Groesse der Zimmer ist ein Kriterium, dass bei der Vergabe der Sterne mit bewertet wird.) Wir haben aber nichts desto troz auch Zimmer die groesser sind. (Z.B. die Marina Suite oder die Captain's Suite oder ein paar der Marina View Zimmer sind auch groesser, sowie die Familien Zimmer)

Das mit der Wasser Temperatur sollte nun behoben sein.

Was die Sauberkeit betrifft verstehe ich leider nicht ganz wovon Sie reden, da ich jeden tag Stichprobenartig Zimmer selbst kontrolliere und der Abteilungsleiter des Hosekeepings (der Reinigungskraefte) muss taeglich Zimmer pruefen, bevor es wieder vermietet wird oder aehnliches. Vielleicht koennen Sie mir in einer persoenlichen Mail einmal schildern worum es ging, damit ich an dem Problem Arbeiten kann.

Nun weiss ich nicht genau mit wem Sie gebucht haben, aber meines wissens nach sind alle Anbieter inforniert, dass der Pool in einem anderen Hotel in bequemer Spazierweite entfernt ist (keine 5 min zu Fuss). Das sollte in jedem FAll bei einer Buchung kommuniziert werden. (0swohl online als auch bei einer Buchung im Buero) Sollte das nicht der Fall gewesen sein moechte ich mich nochmals entschuldigen und Sie darum bitten in der Mail den Veranstalter zu nennen, damit ich mich auch darum kuemmern kann - denn die Zufriedenheit unserere Gaeste steht an erster Stelle.

In jedem Fall bedanke ich mich herzlich fuer Ihren Besuch und Ihre Kritik und hoffe, Sie in Zukunft wieder begreussen zu duerfen, um Sie von unserem HAuse zu ueberzeugen.
