Nice beach holiday
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThere wasn't a lot going on right near the hotel, but you could stroll along the beach to Marmari and there take the bus to Cos City. The City is very nice and definitely worth a visit. Plenty of boat tours were offered at the harbour, and the restaurants and bars in Cos were very good, cheap and comfortable.
Since the hotel was right by the beach, you could make use of various water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, banana boat, jet skiing, etc. There was a windsurfing school right on the beach in front of the hotel. We didn't make use of the entertainment programme of the hotel and didn't notice any of it when we were on the beach.
We had a standard room in the main building, which was OK but nothing special. We didn't have a balcony, and the view from the window wasn't particularly nice, but that didn't really bother us because we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. The only negative things about the room: Unfortunately, it wasn't soundproof at all, and some people seemed to smoke in the hallway, as we always smelled smoke in our room in the morning, which wasn't a very nice way to wake up.
On the whole, we recommend the hotel to people looking for a relaxing holiday by a nice beach with good water sports offers.
