There isn't much around, the beach to the side of the hotel is covered in rubbish

The staff were nice and friendly, the room was cleaned every day. They tried hard to please the guests

I thought the food was awful (we were always in the main restaurant).
I'm a fan of salad. But you need a good dressing with it. There was no dressing. I couldn't eat the salads that were dressed because the dressing was almost 50 % mayonnaise. Or the salads were swimming in oil. If you wanted to dress your own salad, there was oil, mayonnaise, ketchup (would you really want to put that on salad?) And a very oily sauce with a little lemon juice - but due to the amount of oil I couldn't eat it.
All the other dishes were swimming in oil, too. Everything was much too greasy and oily.
For the whole of the last week, my son (7 years old) - no kidding - ate a bread roll with ketchup for lunch and for dinner, that's all he had. He couldn't stand the food.
I also didn't like the drinks, the wine tasted awful.
They ran out of plates and silverware regularly.
The table cloths were dirty.

The pool was very large and clean, the entertainment was not bad
I thought the activities on offer, like quad biking, were extremely expensive (40 euro for an hour).

Nice size.
It was just a shame that in the first room, the air conditioning didn't work. Then we moved to a different room. The air conditioning didn't work properly there either, but at least it was a little cooler there. When we were there, in August, it was up to 45 degrees!

I think it should be a 3 star hotel at the most. The year before, I was in Tunisia in a 3 star hotel and that was better than this one.
