Great location and stylish hotel *

Friendly front desk. Two rooms to choose from. (Section 125) the larger is located on a side street, but very quiet. If the room of this new hotel does not have carpet-there are great tiles in Syria, as in the Beit Zafran (Damascus)-it would be ideal. The former hospital has been tastefully converted to a hotel. The old buildings around the Citadel are new, comfortable exclusive provisions fed. The business center during our stay was not furnished, we could take place at the front desk and our e-mail editing. Breakfast buffet, if groups in the hotel, otherwise usual good breakfast selection. The service needs to be improved. Not acceptable for Syria and this hotel was the sweet lemonade 'orange' juice. Peddling costs in a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice 0.30 €. Not only the service, including the room cleaning there for the staff has a lot to learn, around the hotel (five-star) standard to meet.
