Super relaxation, hotel management, service bad *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is located outside and is located in a quiet area, relaxation guaranteed. Rental car is necessary to the nearest beach, supermarket, restaurant. If arrival by car from the airport, you should have a GPS, as the signs to the hotel is not enough. The pool and area was not cleaned daily of sheets, waste or similar. Entrance steps to the pool or broken. On many corners on, that a renovation and paint were not wrong. Rooms are clean, but towels are often holes and our safe was broken. Hair dryer was available, but 20 years old have. Breakfast is good, but the same every day selection of cold cuts, eggs, juice and cereal. Dinner is not recommendable, since use of leftovers at the buffet (twice a week) and the rest of the days of the week the food repeated. Service forces ragged, inattentive, long wait until you were served, the food was often only lukewarm. The quality of the food and the service forces in the restaurant do not reflect against, what you would expect from a four stars hotel. Therefore, you should give up on half board and the choice of restaurants in carvoeiro or in the surrounding area. There is a tennis court, but also here would be a weekly cleaning of leaves and branches desirable, so that you will play at the barriers. Whoever sought peace and relaxation and didn't have too high demands for the food & service is right at home here.
