Nice days in Merano! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AHotel was nice-but we were in the dependance building, the rooms there are relatively dark. It was just a bit getting old, was for us personally but not tragic. The room was okay, quite large. The pool was also big enough, the shower and the shower faucets could have used a special wellness program do ☺ the garden the hotel is a dream, as well as the location of the hotel. Walk to Merano about about 10 to 15 minutes. The restaurant is a 'vault', the waiters there friendly and accommodating, we felt really well cared for. The dinner was so good, we didn't miss anything we can burn off the calories thanks to the many beautiful hiking in and around Meran again. On the subject of wellness: we had booked both a manicure. The lady seemed a bit 'on the run', the manicure in about 25 minutes done, and was due to the speed was rather uncomfortable as pleasant-a shame, especially for the price! In South Tyrol we would have expected us, that we can communicate with German, unfortunately, the lady in the wellness area just two, three words in German. On the front desk we can only say little, since we almost had no contact. There was no demand in between, as we were, or whether we are some 'Insider' -that would be nice former, was however for us also not bad! Conclusion: hotel to be recommended, especially in the summer must the garden a dream! Kitchen top, service was great, cleanliness in the room was top-heart, what else could you want. And Meran is always worth a visit.
