The hotel is very noisy. The staff is very unfriendly.
The hotel is extremely in need of renovation. The view from the balcony of the room with sea view is breath taking and the serious defects can briefly mention. So if the hotel is booked, you should definitely with sea view. With the bus one is in few minutes in the old town of Palma, the hotel elevator is a pleasant relief to the altitude to the stop of the bus stop to the hotel to overcome.
