Hotel Cavo D'oro

100m through the hotel garden, very well looked after garden full of palm trees.
Beach with sunloungers and umbrellas & beach bar.
150m to the next supermarket.
150m to the next bus stop with an very good service to Kos town (only 20-30mins)

Stelios is a star, who looks after his guests in a great way, helping out with hire cars, making recommendations on things to see, even selling postcards and stamps at an attractive price. You'll see him at least once a day (for dinner) where he'll recommend one or many "dishes of the day", always concerned that you are ok. The rest of the staff were great too, friendly and helpful, everyone spoke English and German.

Good quick service, very reasonable prices. Greek and international cuisine, we only ate Greek which was very good, fresh. We tipped at the end of our stay (half-board).

Simple, but kept clean (daily service), nice balcony.
TV (few channels), kitchenette with fridge (handy to keep drinks, food etc cold), safe, telephone. Relatively new building

Air conditioning a must whilst we were there €5 a day.
Take the bus into Kos, its easy and cheap €1.80 and I didn't see anywhere to park in Kos.
