no five stars worth it! Strong in need of renovation! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe location of the hotel-especially the beautiful beach and the few people on the beach, I have enjoyed very good. And the hotel staff is very friendly and former, everything was to our satisfaction to rules! Even the transfers with the hotel's own shuttle boat is not a problem, if you'have reserved. The short trail (monkey trail) adjacent to the beach with many shopping possibilities and a lot of entertainment, was rather nothing for me. Even if the way with 15 to 20 minutes is not long, was simply a bit of a dangerous (I suffer from a visual impairment). However, the 'but'. We had a load of money pool villa booked. This corresponds, and the hotel as a whole, any five star hotel and it was not worth the price we paid. Hygiene deficiencies :-floor absolutely filthy./ tub, shower not cleaned properly (for example, black hair from the previous users and dirt stains). Terrace was never cleaned during our stay.-pool was cleaned upon our request on the last day. Generally was the room, and also a major proportion of the total community area, just great in need of renovation a age of the hotel only five years is really amazing. Both the wood for windows/panelling and the floor, as well as the wooden furniture need urgent need almost all color or restored. Even the chairs in the restaurants were really unsteady. We complained to the management and quite quickly in the second night got a new room. However, we arrived here from ' in the rain eaves': some shortcomings, as regards the condition of the new room-roof broken (rains in the sleep area the room). The staff go just past. I am unclear, why at the most expensive villa of the hotel in the location is, a round and simple things to see, such as mattresses or a dirty floor. Finally, I do not recommended it here!
