We were the second time and found, that the hotel would be better. Especially, if you look at the price. The room even had a kitchenette without coffee maker (why not?), a modern bathroom with cosmetic mirror (a mirror lighting over the mirror would be nice) and a nice, large balcony with view to the green. The breakfast also offers scrambled eggs, cakes, pretzels, and specialty coffees. It would be a bit higher quality and perhaps a soft cheese sausage even better. Overall, there is nothing to complain about. We would stay there again. There are also rooms, located on driving chair height. Otherwise there were always a couple of stairs to walk up or down.
