Compact size, very clean, a bit small room.
Location
Perfect location, near esb, subway stations nearby, quiet.
Very friendly, competent staff at the front desk. Room cleaning was quite late (late afternoon). Every restaurant/bar recommendation was a winner!!

Rather small with no view. Most of the rooms look over a courtyard. Very quiet, very clean, for New York large bathroom, equipped with all necessary.

Ask at the front desk for restaurants, bars, shopping. The people know there stuff.
