If you (on Kassel-tourist) ordered a non-smoking room, so you will be punished by this (1. Top floor room number 6): ramshackle old furniture, abgesprungenes veneer on the bed with danger of injury, bed is so cute that you are rich on the floor to sleep, water runs out the radiators in the bathroom (also injury), hair dryer broken, ironing not available, Internet was not available, mini bar was not available, and so on, and so on complaint at the reception: employee (which in hindsight, the boss turns) my talks down, no word of apology, escalates, I can get a 'smoking room' like and if that does not fit '. L... I would search for a different Hotel help '. Unbelievable Insolence! Since it was already in the evening we were moved to the smokers forced on the second floor (just a nose, because in the corridor a receives the Räuchergeruch, QUOTE boss: nothing smells...) and lo and behold: modern furniture, plasma tv, hair dryer is, real bed, minibar was empty but still available, only Internet is not. If a non-smoker you should avoid this hotel.
