Very nice hotel located in a green area *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is right on the Hagley Park in green surroundings. The hotel itself is very well-kept, with flowers and trees in the garden and lawn in the outdoor area. The outside of the building is very well presented with small towers. guests from all parts and all ages. Parking in big numbers directly at the hotel.
Location
The city center is within easy walking distance through the beautiful spacious park. about 20 minutes. There are also some restaurants, if you don't want to eat at hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Both at the reception and also in the restaurant. The room cleaning was flawless.

Breakfast for NZ standards very varied, with different types of meat and cheese, eggs, cereal, coffee, tea, juice as well as usual english breakfast. Fried noodles with vegetables for breakfast is however for German standards took some getting used to but if you like it ... One night we ate in the restaurant is excellent a-la-carte dinner - also highly recommended. In good weather you can eat in the garden. Everything was very clean.

There is a small pool in the graten, but nobody used it was

We had a Premier room with balcony and view to the garden in the 1 . Floor. The room was very quiet, large, clean and in good condition. Nothing in comfort.
