Very rude head waiter
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe Herr Ober didn't reply to our 'Guten Abend' on the first night..just snatched up our free drink coupons and left..In the restaurant afterwards it was v difficult to order drinks from him. This ruined our arrival for us. Unfortunately the first meal was pretty bad..turkey slices like an institution then icecream. We wanted to cancel our halfboard but would only get back CHF 20 which wasn't enough to eat out on without losing a lot of money.
The first room we were offered was dark and a bulldozer was working outside all day. We managed to change rooms and the other one was a lot better although very small.
