Great location, friendly staff, clean comfy rooms

My brother and I stayed here recently, and really enjoyed our stay. The owner was really helpful and went out of his way to assist us with various things. We stayed in a twin room, with amazing views of Qala'at Ibn Maan, and the roman ruins. The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from the entrance to the ruins! Breakfast was mediocre, but there are many great restaurants nearby. The rooms were really clean, and the water was piping hot, despite it being winter! I'd definitely stay here again if I went back to Palmyra.
