Central, good value, in need of renovation *

The very good location in a nice Minutenzu street a few minutes walk from beach, old town, bus, train station, attractions and the favourable price surge some defects on. The avenues des Fleurs is a beautiful road between the promenade (about NEGRESCO height), and the Russian Cathedral. at the corner is a nice Park. Supermarket with a large selection on the away from the beach. Us was the kitchen to cook, it was everything there! If you walk for ten minutes, one finds also many restaurants. Nice, multilingual staff more! In Jasmin is all great. Really bad was the carpet! Otherwise we would stay here again holiday.
