Disappointing *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AOn arrival the excitement followed a big disappointment. The rooms (3. Etage,4 persons) were spacious but in a very bad condition. The furniture in both rooms were very old and very worn. The kitchen was as such unusable. No coffee maker or at least a kettle. No towel change or cleaning during our stay. Mildew in the bathroom and the light over the mirror was about to fall off. We had the choice in the bedroom with the windows open traffic noise or when you closed the boiler is located in the closet. The staff (except for a young woman) was rude and disinterested. From booking unfortunately we can only advise against but we had in this great city luckily many other Hotls to choose from.
