Perfect hotel in the centre of Villach, good location *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is very centrally located. Easy access to bus, taxi or train. It is a few minutes walk from the city center. Bars and taverns in the area. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The sauna was unfortunately on the day of arrival are first after 20:00 visited. (loud statement the front desk is the boss in the sauna). One morning was the table by the end of breakfast not cleared. Very clean and friendly. Can recommend it.

Guten Tag Herr Christian! Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und bitte um Entschuldigung, daß ich diese erst heute kommentiere- ist offensichtlich "drübergelesen" worden. Die Möglichkeit an diesem Tag die Sauna erst ab 20.00 Uhr zu benützen hatte den Grund das die "Chefin" FÜR eine GÄSTE-DAMENRUNDE die gewünschte Zeit bei der Reception reserviert hatte. Ich benütze die Hotelsauna nicht- die junge, neue Receptionistin hat sich leider falsch ausgedrückt - die Aussage klingt für Sie als Gast nicht schön. Bitte entschuldigen Sie dies- Gäste stehen in unserem Hotel an 1.Stelle!!! Der zu spät abgeräumte Frühstückstisch war für Sie auch nicht positiv - meine Mitarbeiterinnen werden sich sehr bemühen, daß das nicht wieder passiert. Ich freue mich sehr, sehr geehrter Herr Christian, wenn Sie bald wieder bei uns nächtigen und- beim Geniessen der Sauna und des Frühstücks!
