Hotel under poor management *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAverage hotel with bad management. first room had no cold water, risk of scalding. second room to change air conditioning noisy and dirty (blower dusts, smells). It was very loud on the street. Cleaning only very moderate to unsatisfactory. Room also on the ground floor behind a dark hedge. Breakfast area in the basement/cellar. Very Spartan. Promised free Wi-Fi worked only periodically, or extremely slow. No view on harbour!
