Hotel Club Grand Aqua

Location great! Beautiful beach (i heard, didn't go there), sorry it is a short walk from the hotel, but i knew that.

Nice shops outside the hotel, good shopping!

Service Long waiting times for orders in the bar and we often couldn;t order drinks during dinner and ended op getting them themselves at the bar.

Housekeeping didn;t clean very well. After cleaning still toothpaste in the bathroom en sticky spots from the glasses on the tables....

Food was great. I am a very picky eater and found something to my taste every day!
Quality, diversity, everything really good. Only the fruitjuices from the machine so sweet your teeth hurt.

My two boys (9 & 8) spent everyday in the mini-club, where they had a great time with Nancy and Disha, so sweet, friendly and always happy to see children come and play. The animation for my children, who enjoyed the clubdance, participating in the mini-playbackshow and the fabulous shows Dance of the Vampire and te Lion King, made our holiday perfect.
That is a reason to come back to this hotel, but only if Nancy is there! For Dutch children it is so important to have someone like Nancy, who speaks their language in this German orientated hotel. Without Nancy, our holiday wouldn't have been such a succes.
Thanks to Nancy and Disha, for my quiet days with my book in the pool! Hope to see you again next year!

Amazone Water World is a great place, but you have to be there at 9.00 to have a race for a place with all the other hotelguests. Not so nice!

Good rules for reserving beds at the pool, unfortately they didn't follow through, so i had to set the alarm at 6.30 every morning to have a bed with an umbrella.

Nice, spatious, a little bit dated, but a great place to be in with three people. Only the drapes were like sandingpaper. It hurts on your skin, and more so on a sunburned skin!

Bring your own shampoo, the hotel doesn't provide it. Bring a waterproof marker to mark all your pooltoys. Your fellow hotelguests take them when you are having lunch...
