Unbelievable..! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AUnbelievably ... great small holiday area which didn´t leave out anything to be desired. For every taste (quiet or activ) something was offered. ... that there wasn´t a vanity mirror in an Imperial Club. Please also think about specatcle wearers. It was hardly possible to put on make-up. Please buy one for every room!!!

Unbelievably... short paths everywhere (beach, rooms, shopping, etc.).
Unbelievably ... friendly the staff at reception was. At check-in as well as with wishes or requests you were always served obligingly and quickly.
... good was the feeling of security which the obliging security team gave one. You felt well cared for and could relax. ... great to experience how the management gave out small goodies or cocktails at the beach for a surprise to all guests. Mhm... Thanks! The enjoyment was super!
... to see how high the identification of the general manager Nina with her task was. Always she had a friendly smile and a few words for all the guests, was activ from early in the morning till late at night and always tried hard to fulfil all requests never mind how eccentric they were. Great Nina, carry on like that!!!
Gastronomy
Unbelievably ... tasty was everything that was offered. Class! ... that requests were immediately taken up and dealt with here. Thank you Ali, Eyup and Ibrahim. ... how much you can miss the sandwhiches from the pool bar. Great establishment.
Sport & Entertainment
Unbelievable ... how unfriendly and incapable the entertainment chief could be in view of the evening entertainment at the pool bar. Suggestions and requests of the guests were frequently ignored. To objections and complaints they reacted with discussion and verbal abuse. Without any integration he stood behind his DJ's and did nothing. It would have been better if he just stayed away from the beginning. Then the atmosphere would have been better. All the guests agreed: Not even an individual coach could help here. He should immediately have been fired because of incompetence and impertinence!! To us all it wasn´t clear how he ever got such a position.
... a shame that the two young DJ's weren´t able to play different music on three evenings during the week. Always the same titles were played and usually also in the same order. Never mind what sort of atmosphere dominated on the dance floor evening for evening the same programme was seen through. Current titels in the charts there were hardly ever. Guest requests were not considered. The just didn't react to the many complaints and carried on like always.
... how friendly and obliging the rest of the activity staff were there for the guests from morning to late evening. It was self-evident that guests travelling alone were asked to dance in the evening and to ask how their well-beeing was when contacted and to give everything at the dance shows. Super class!
... how great the beach lounge was in the evenings for relaxing. If in the seat-bags or on the benches just pure pleasure. Thank you Onur for the always quick and very friendly service.
Room
Unbelievably .. quickly our request for more clothes hangers was dealt with. ... what great decorations the room maids created out of towels and flowers. ... easy it would be to lighten up the room with a stronger light.

- Control of the entertainment chief and his work. Best to immediately fire him...
- More choice of music and guidelines for the DJ's
- Setting up vanity mirrors
- presentation techniques and personality training for the Magic Angels
