Friendly, but not very thorough staff *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe staff was really very friendly and the hotel, especially the foyer and dining room, were very nice. Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem to care for the detail of the will actually very simple and obvious flaws parking. So were the tables at the breakfast actually had tons of crumbs from the previous general on the table and chairs. On the first day the rolls were total old-fashioned. In our room went completely all three outlets on the right side of the wall not, where the tv was. In order for this to be supplied with electricity has been moved simply an extension of the left side of the wall to the right to the tv, instead of coming to fix the idea of the plug sockets. The shower head was not to be adjusted, the handle on the balcony door did not want to go to be vertically down to close, but only 45° downwards. The lock in our room door was loose total. These are all the details only indicate, that the staff does not do his job properly takes serious. Especially the many rolls crumbs at the clearing a table to remove is something you don't in a gastronomic training to learn, but what the common man understood by itself should come about! What I found was not so great, that the check out time was at zehn: 30 o 'clock, actually international practice my eyes is twelve: 00 o' clock. On the whole the stay was okay, of course, but such shortcomings as we have found must not be a really bad light and the staff was very friendly, as I said, really. The location right on the reeperbahn was naturally top we had a room facing the street, it was a bit noisy (ear plugs), for my wife it was okay.
