Outside Hui, inside yuck! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe good location nearby the town center Sorrento, with many restaurants and shops, as well as the good view from the rooms with view of the sea were the positive aspects of the hotel. The staff at the front desk and breakfast is rather with themselves than with the guests busy. It is at the check-in no information about the hotel or the use of the safe. At the check out not a word for a good trip or a question about the stay. The rooms have a character. The minimalist design of the rooms is very cold and unfriendly. Only the rooms in the seitenflügel are attractive, although the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. At the meagre breakfast you could stock up yourself a table and the cold fresh espresso 'enjoy'. The wellness offer (a steam room and fitness equipment four) must for expensive price to be paid extra. Year-round the pool was in the shade, so for the sunbathing not usable.
