Relatively new hotel in a great location right on the harbor, the city center is reachable by foot (about 20 minutes footpath). In the direct environment only a large shopping center, otherwise mostly office buildings. The primary target group were mainly people on business trip. The hotel is very modern in typical Scandinavian Fesign equipped. The rooms are rather small (we had a superior room). Standard rooms are directly to a main road and railroad tracks aligned. Recommend room with harbor view, are quiet (extra charge 200, -DKR). The handling of complaints was rather weak. The tv in our room didn't work. In accordance with note we were asked, yet again the following matters; the Sunday you can make as nothing. The Monday we found out, that the device was already longer broken, we got a new room. Why is this not already at the Sunday was possible and could not be included in the complaint, remained obscure. The service in the restaurant (wide and good breakfast buffet) was not worth four stars. The commitment of the staff at the clearing was clearly limited, one morning we had to ask three in a chat in-depth staff specifically, some a bit out of the way, the tables in the direct environment of our place clear, where dirty dishes and waste piled up.
