Base priced, but all extras extremely expensive *

Small, family-run hotel is right next to one of the most beautiful beaches of Sri Lanka; the price of $40 (low season!) American AC rooms with breakfast is this good location; the rooms are spacious and functional, the seat offers privacy; the pool is not very big and poorly maintained, but quite usable and well situated; in contrast to the website the kitchen is very poor, not very good and way overpriced; each at all is much too expensive (veg. Fried noodles 600 RPS, a cup of tea 250 RPS, a lion lager 350 RPS, etc.)
