Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe worst i have ever stayed in!Live rats living in the kitchen.Everything is dirty.Most of the crockery and glasses need throwing in the dustbin.Dead flies all over the restaurant.Unclean rooms with unfit bathrooms,mould everywhere!Damaged and cracked tiles.Wall fittings and sockets hanging off the walls.
Location
In the middle of nowhere.I can only hope that the recently built Iberotel[il Mercato]flatten this hovel and turn it into a parking lot!
Numerous cats throughout the complex.
Reception staff obnoxious and very rude
Gastronomy
Most of the food was unfit for human consumption.The rats seemed to thrive on it though.
Food and drinks very limited,that is if they had not run out.
Dining area very dirty.dead flies everywhere.
Sport & Entertainment
No kids club or animation.2 of the animation staff sacked during our stay.
Both pools absolutely freezing.
Broken tiles and plastic grills all over.
Glasses allowed round the pool areas hence broken shards of glass everywhere.10 people had cuts to their feet during our stay.
Room
Built in 1992 this hotel is now ready for a complete overhaul.
Rooms very basic and dirty.
Tips and recommendations
In your worst nightmare you might wake up in this hotel,GOD forbid.
Internet access is so slow a carrier pigeon would arrive quicker.that is unless they got killed by the rats!
