Hotel Corcyra Gardens

Outside of the hotel area you can find plenty of little shops and several supermarkets, as well as the "strip" of Gouvia. The hotel is about 15 - 20 minutes by bus in kerkyra (Corfu town). Hotel has 2 smaller pebble beaches, thus bathing shoes are recommended.

The staff was very friendly & polite across the street. One receptionist speaks German, however, we weren't sure if you make ourselves understood. But you get along pretty well with English and without any problems. The room was cleaned every day & the towels were also replaced. (Contrary to Kataloginfo beds & the towels were changed only open 3 times a week) as my partner during the holiday, we had a cake birthday present. Also we received a fruit & champagne in our room. Nice touch!

There is a main restaurant in the main building, as well as a Chinese restaurant. There is also a restaurant at the pool. The food itself is good & varied. (International + local cuisine) Speaks soups, salad buffet, warm dishes + "show-kitchen (food is served at the buffet prepared), plentiful dessert! Unfortunately no variety at breakfast we could find within a week, that's why only "4" suns for the Chinese restaurant you had to reserve. Food is ok, but it was really Asian, maximum Asian style. My partner again thought it was nice ... Because we booked all inclusive, drinks were included (for self tap were beer, cola, fanta, water + mine) Where the table wines of the package. You can also cocktails and other spirits in all-Inclusivepreis order included. What we were not good found is that you are bottled water for evening/night in the room needed to buy (think 2 euros a bottle!). (So buy outside & save; -))

There is an international entertainment team. But it is not "overbearing and accepts a no. The entertainment is but the same every day. Daily evening a mini-disco (kids disco). and quiz. During our stay there was a Greek night (folklore), a live band and also a magician. The Langunenpool landscape was to our travel time unfortunately already closed, but they made a good impression. The pool in the main area is Medium size.

The room itself was clean & in a very good condition. Size fit. Air conditioning available, which can be quite cold at night but safe is also available on the room but it cost 3 Euros per day! ) TV had 3 German channels.

Definitely bring Autan or anything mosquitoes. Otherwise buy it on site! tour by rental car! Definitely worth it! (Where you can get as drivers partially strong nerves(narrow streets))
