Perfect Golf Holiday *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe felt very comfortable, unfortunately, in the area prior to our arrival broken into, so we had to sleep with closed windows, 35 degrees unfortunately somewhat strenuous, otherwise the golf course in very good condition, and the private beach was very well maintained, we would gladly come again,

Sehr geehrter GastVielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, um Ihre Urlaubseindrücke mitzuteilen.
Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie einen perfekten Golfurlaub bei uns verbracht haben und dass Sie trotz der negativen Nachricht wieder kommen wollen. Schön sind auch Ihre positiven Ferienerinnerungen an unseren Golfplatz und unseren Strand.
Leider wurden auch wir in unserem Ferienparadies mit der Realität des Einbruchs konfrontiert, die uns bisher fremd war. Mit sofortiger Wirkung haben wir unsere Nachtwache verdoppelt und es werden ständig Polizeipatroullien durchgeführt. Videoüberwachungen und Bewegungsmelder wurden installiert.
Natürlich wäre es uns lieber gewesen wir hätten Sie als Gast nicht mit einer solchen Nachricht verunsichern müssen. Es war uns aber ein Anliegen unsere Gäste in dieser Hinsicht zu informieren, da wir uns ihrer Sicherheit verpflichtet fühlen. Wir hoffen, dass sich ein solcher Fall nicht wiederholt.
Es liegt uns sehr am Herzen, dass sich unsere Gäste bei uns sicher fühlen und ihren Urlaub sorgenfrei geniessen können.
