Certainly not worth the stars *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ASo we left after one night when we left, as this hotel was not our standard we are used in Austria. Price/performance ratio is very bad. We had with our three year old into the bathroom to get the indoor snow and meadow run. The Schlafcoutch is a hard board. The rooms are dated and unlovingly equipped. In the indoor pool you erfriert. The front desk was cool. The only positive thing was the waiter at the bar. The bar itself is small, and it is from the front door. We spent a week on the route already booked and paid for, but since we preferred to eat at home. For dinner we had booked a table for eight people (which we were also), at dinner we were told, well, unfortunately we have today nice table for you., the food was okay, but most was total too salty.

Sehr geehrte Frau Karina,vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung des Cordial Golf & Wellness Hotel in Reith bei Kitzbühel. Wir bedauern Ihre vorzeitige Abreise, die Sie an der Rezeption mit "beruflichen Gründen" angegeben haben sehr.
Das Cordial Golf & Wellness Hotel verfügt über insgesamt 4 Gebäude, welches auch so in Ihrem DerTour Katalog beschrieben ist - von diesem führen Wege, die immer geräumt sind, zu unserm Hallenbad welches ca. 20 Meter von den Chalets entfernt ist. Unser Hallenbad ist 30 Grad warm, die Lufttemperatur ebenso, der Whirlpool misst 36 Grad. Ihr Zimmer eine Familiensuite bestand aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit insgesamt 4 Betten, 2 Badezimmern und 1 Wohnzimmer, ihr Sohn hätte in diesem Fall nicht auf der Couch schlafen müssen.
Bei der Begrüßung, die durch unseren Direktor persönlich stattfand, erhielten Sie ein Glas Prosecco und wurden herzlich empfangen! Im Restaurant wird unsere Küche von unseren Gästen über alles gelobt.
