No sufficient air conditioning in Maisonettzimmern *

We had booked a Maisonett room with air conditioning. Unfortunately this was in the lower area of the room and there was no cool air on the two beds in upstairs. It was a pain in this sticky area. The tour operator shall convene the fact, that in the catalog not specified, that an air conditioning system on each floor is.
