Hotel Cosy Beach

Can not say much for the beach, which was not cosy. The way to the beach was completely unreasonable. We wanted security at the beach, which was clean, I meant not for cosy guests, a bit to the left there is a beach section with lounge chairs (very uncomfortable) for a fee, looks exactly like a garbage dump. The near surroundings from the hotel have many local businesses with good restaurants, and unfortunately many in Russian. Shopping can be good and inexpensive. 1.5 hours to the airport works out well. You should negotiate taxi prices beforehand, 100 bahts to Pattaya is normal.

You can argue over the staff, they have no motivation, they stroll around their work place (door boys) You sometimes had the feeling that the reception annoys women with gossip or says something. English was a very big weak point (perhaps we should learn Russian)

Can not really complain, because the breakfast was ok. The cleanliness was reasonably ok on the first day, someone must have complaints on other days, the tables were quickly cleaned. We were served friendly and quickly in the restaurant. The prices were ok.

For the pool. If you do not give the pool staff big tips at 6 in the morning than you have no chance of getting a lounge chair. During assembly of the lounge chairs the lounge chairs already become occupied by the staff instead of the guests. We tried it, had luck once. During the second time the pool boy said to us that you could lay anywhere, we did that also, was a mistake. These 2 lounge chairs were reserved by two women, who energetically told us to vacate.

The condition of the rooms were ok, the cleaning woman is very nice, friendly, and helpful. From the first day she offered help when she noticed that we had a cold (caused by the climate change) She wanted to provide medicine. Sie cleaned our room very well, even if she did not receive any tip money. Fresh towels, bed sheets, clean cups, she cared about everything.

Tip, spend a little more money, and stay in another hotel.
