Great location (perfect connection to Heathrow), cheap hotel (anyway a bit better hostel), rarely can get this combination in London. The staff were friendly, the breakfast (English breakfast) was sufficient and okay. For couples: the double room are equipped with two single beds, in our case were walking on foot, so not very romantic. Hygiene: the cleaning ladies every day in the fight against dirt of the guests on floors bathrooms and toilets pulled, but many of the guests I didn't like therefor intersted, as they are now the washrooms next for those left behind. Thumbs up for the maids and thumbs down for ignorant and selfish guests. We would stay again in this hotel, because for as long as the bed was clean, the rest is at least no matter. Also you are not long sleep in London...
