Hotel Cour Du Corbeau

The hotel was located not directly in the city center but at the border of it. If you crossed a street and the river you were directly in old town with its small but also very touristy restaurants and cafés. Around the hotel were also a lot of restaurants but more visited by inhabitants of Strasbourg and less tourists.

The staff was very friendly. All speak French and English and some spoke German too. They offered valet parking in the next parking lot since they did not have any parking lot by themselves.

We had breakfast included in our room. We had breakfast in the only restaurant. Breakfast was a buffet with most common ingredients like eggs, bread, croissants and jam. They also had yoghurts and fruits as well as fresh pressed orange juice.

The restaurant is decorated in a modern style with dark wooden tables and dark leather chairs.

The room was very cute. It was huge. At the first enter we had to mind our steps because there was a little anteroom with a few steps into the actual room. In the room there was one wall with stones (not plastered), which was restored from the first building a couple of hundred years ago. There were also timber you could see.

On the other side of the room was a door to the balcony, also a wooden artwork from a
