Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ALocation and general facilities are ok. But for a hotel of this category should one could expect more, this applies in particular to the cleanliness and the treatment of problems or questions. It was missing from our point of view of professionalism or simple just on a good English. Therefore, we feel the for no good relationship with gezahltem price.
Location
The hotel is located just off yonge street (no 475) A couple of blocks from the center (downtown) away. About 150 meters away is the access to the metro (Yonge line / station College) and from downtown directly reach. At the Yongestreet are in this part of many smaller stores, in which can be bought. Two blocks toward Churchstreet is the "Regenbogenviertel" with great bars in to in the evening good round off your day. More restaurants and fast food outlets are just around the Hotelverteilt.
From our point of view was rather bad review. The friendliness of the staff was from our point of view more "restrain yourself", the room was cleaned, but unfortunately not very thorough and only when I asked for it for a stay of two weeks the sheets changed. Soap was missing the one or the other and was always also provided only to a minimum. Without having to inform has a amount (as security) concern from the credit card. At the concluding problem with the bill was the staff at the front desk only after several consulting a "boss" for us not visible in the location to fix the problem and the knowledge of English were also not was outstanding.

Sport & Entertainment
There is a gym the size and the number of units is quite good. The pool area is really quirky. After the picture on the website of the hotel we had a "normal" swimming pool awaits you. Although the pool is about 12 meters long, but only 3 meters wide. On two swimmers oncoming traffic means that a problem. The hotel photographer done a great job.
Room
The size of the room is ok. Unfortunately there is no private safe, so that the box at the front desk will be needing The internet service worked well, the cleaning of the room was unfortunately but rather superficial and all the equipment with soap and other toiletries could be better. If you are unlucky and his room or directly at the ice machines, would surely the night need ear plugs.
Tips and recommendations
The daily or weekly pass subway (also applies to buy Streetcars and buses). Visit Centerisland In good weather. On the way and return you a great view of the skyline of Toronto (cost $6.50 return) when the weather is a visit to the Steamwhisle brewery directly with the CN Tower an alternative (incl. The 5 :30-7 :00 nightly: -)
