Hotel ist ringsum von stark befahrenen Straßen umgeben. In dem gebuchten Angebot war ausdrücklich ein Zimmer zum Innenhof zugesichert. Diese Zusage wurde nicht eingehalten. Es bestand nur die Wahl zwischen einem Zimmer zu einer lauten Straße über der Garageneinfahrt und einem anderen Zimmer nach außen, bei dem sich das Fenster nicht öffnen ließ. Dabei wirkte die Luft aus der Klimaanlage nicht wirklich frisch. Eine Entschuldigung erfolgte nicht, stattdessen wurde auf das in USA befindliche Buchungssystem geschimpft. Wir haben dann die zweite Nacht storniert.
