Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI was on business with some colleagues in this hotel, which we had booked on recommendation of a client. On arrival, smelly, slow staff at the front desk. Although we were all from the same company had each individually specify his Address. Very inconvenient.
My room was freezing and not heated at the entrance, a window was open (end October, flumes! very temperature). The much too small heating took about three hours, until the room had warmed up 'then'. Overall, the room was clean, but very small and cramped.
My colleague was in a pretty hairy floor in the bathroom, the entire room was obviously not cleaned. A replacement room was provided, was first after about two hours ready. It was my second colleagues. In all the hotel staff not friendly or accommodating, we had the impression, that inconvenience and excessive demands we make representations were.
Guest Roni hybrid limited the hotel is located on a snack machine in the lobby. Directly at the hotel is a shopping center with some typical shopping mall-restaurant offered, so not really inviting. At least you can get heated premises in the heat of the dead beat...
