Wild West Feeling *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ACowboy village Jackson's (JCV) is centrally located in the town of Jackson, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
The JCV consists of many small heated and klimatisierbaren wooden bungalows with extensive facilities. Our cabin (with double stick bed, the floor space for two adults) was with coffee maker, toaster, fridge, stove, sink, various dishes and a tv. Wi-Fi is available in the cabin.
The furniture was rustic but nevertheless tasteful compared to the usual motels.
The cottage was very clean (except for a dirty cup of coffee in the table-Ware), bathroom with tub also. The beds were okay too.
Breakfast was not offered, but at any time in a small room at the front desk (moderate) coffee and pastries (very delicious-fast all) available.
In the area there was a heated pool, but we didn't use it.
We paid 136, -€ / bed (Expedia), this is not a bargain. We regarded also a standard room at Hotel Virginan Hotel, with handy. Fireplace, very clean and plush. The price of 256, inclusive breakfast-$ us but we were too much, though still room for manoeuvre in the price negotiation was possible. I think in Jackson, there is a large number of high-quality accommodations in the pre-and off-season is always something to find.
Here are some tips:
1. Dinner at 'gun barrel' in Jackson. Always full, manageable number of steak dishes, beef, bison, elk, 27, to 36, -USD, not cheap but great quality
2. Drive through the Teton NP, we have seen a bear and moose
third a cappuccino on the terrace of the signal mountain lodge in NP (South Jackson lake) with a fantastic view of the three thousand.
