Nice hotel, but almost too quiet *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is very nice, the food tasted good and varied. The beach is clean and there were always enough beach chairs, also at the two pools you will find a space. The staff was always friendly and everybody could speak at least English, most even German. Only the location is a bit out of the way. In the next area there was only four taverns and supermarkets, which are absolutely overpriced (water from 40 cents per litre 0.75!). 20 minutes after the Malia and in the supermarket (water: 19 cents per 0.75 litre!). Otherwise you will find in Malia was only souvenir shops or pubs and bars. the cityscape is dominated by party locations and at twelve o'clock the discos, bars. Conclusion: Cretan Malia park is a wonderful hotel with good service and food, the location leaves something to be desired but was still.
