Vacation at the 'Russian' Riviera *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were very disappointed with the hotel. Since we were already twice in Kemer-kiris were (sailer's beach club and alinda), we expected from a four to five stars hotel. Therefor, that the hotel just three years old, there is in the meantime already very run down. A great deal has already rusty and in need of renovation. We had booked a room in the basement and a real server room. It had a terrace with a high wall in the soil before, no view. Animateur-waiters and the staff were very friendly, front desk staff was a bit arrogant.
The front desk was very disappointing and we felt from the beginning that we weren't welcome.
At our time of vacation (beginning June) were very many Russians in kiris (95%)and that was just the beginning according to the travel guide. Corresponding it was raised from the staff and even of the businessmen in this place on Russian, which was very alienating.
The rooms were very dark and damp, the room cleaning was not always completely (a towel was missing, sometimes toilet paper). The last four days we stayed in the double bed for two only a narrow blanket.
All in all, it was not the hoped-for vacation, we actually expected. Our 6 year old daughter felt under the Russian kids not probably (there was no other German toddler to the time).
We have said for a long time kiris Kemer/ 'goodbye'.
