Dana Beach Resort, the perfect place for holiday
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe come in this hotel since 2007 and we love it. We keep on going there because it's the perfect place to be for a great holiday. The hotel is beautiful, there are several restaurants, swimming pools and a great beach. The animation is great. My daughter (5 years old) enjoys the kids club very much as well as the mini-disco at night and the shows. My mother en I enjoy the wateraerobics and also the shows and the life music.
Location
The hotel is close to the airport. The planes are flying over the hotel which is nice to look at and the noise is not disturbing at all. The beach is right at the hotel and you can snorkle on the right side of a hotel. Thera are several shopping centres close to the hotel but there are also shops at the hotel. The beauty center is excellent and the hamman at the hotel is also very good if you need massage and scubbing etc.
The service at the hotel is excellent. The rooms are alwats very clean, everybody is very friendly although there are some waiters who don't seem to enjoy their job very much. Just ignore that and give your tips to all the nice waiters. There is a medical center at the hotel. Unfortunately we had to visit the doctor every year but the doctors are very good and often they give better care than in Holland.
Gastronomy
There are several restaurants and the food is good everywhere. This year we enjoyed very much that we could order café latte. The service got very well this year. Comparing to the other years it changed because before we had to get our drinks ourselves and now they serve everywhere.
Sport & Entertainment
We enjoy the water aerobics very much. Also belly dancing lessons are very nice. Shows are excellent. Life music every night is very good.
Room
We are completely satisfied with all the rooms we had in this hotel.
Tips and recommendations
Best time to travel is April, May, October, November I think. We always go in April/May.
