The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is the plates away, brought the plate and provide for drinks.
The staff spoke mostly German and was able to learn, some men asked for, if you do not know how a bit and have written it even.
If there were any wishes open, these were immediately dealt with, my daughter had a fold-out sofa, as they slept, you got back pain after four days, we would just to the front desk, and later a new bed in our room, and the room was right at the top on the second floor.
Bed linen and towels were changed daily and the rooms themselves were very beautifully furnished and above all clean.
