With lots of wellness extra costs *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel was really a gem of Tyrol if not everything needs to be paid extra. A bathrobe costs five euros, slippers cost two euro, you want before 15 o'clock in the sauna this cost 40 euros extra. For a four star 1/2'wellness hotel' we find this extra charges not appropriate. A bathrobe are comfortable in this league standard! The main dishes and desserts in the dining and bar areas were good. The soups were inedible.

Naja diese Bademäntel Geschichte verfolgt uns dieses Jahr wirklich richtig uund das im günstigsten Wintermonat auch "Schnäppchen Monat genannt" Dezember ;)...... (auschließlich der Silvesterwoche wo Sie ja nicht da waren)
Saunaöffnungszeiten sind im Internet, Angebot-, Reservierungsbestätigung ec ersichtlich und ist wie fast in allen 4 STERNE Betrieben (wir sind kein 4 Stern plus) mit dieser Preisklasse normal.
Wir bieten unseren Gästen das "Zuckerl" auf Wunsch Privat die Sauna mieten zu können.
Alle anderen Leistungen sind inklusive!!!
Wegen dem Bademänteln auch nochmals für Sie wie schon Herrn Korsch Christian geschildert:
Das mit den Bademänteln ist bei uns seit 5 Jahren ohne Probleme so und jeder Gast wird Infomiert oder kann sich dies aus dem Internet, Hotelmappe…. nochmals ersehen.
Sie können dafür täglich auf Wunsch Ihren Bademantel kostenlos wechseln oder ihren eigenen mitbringen.
Die Bademäntel sind normal in den Zimmerpreis mit einkalkuliert da aber viele Gäste gerne Ihren eigenen mitbringen haben wir uns dafür entschieden dies als Zusatzleistung zu verrechnen um den Zimmerpreis geringer zu halten.
Freuen uns aber jedoch auch mal was negatives zu hören denn nur gute Bewertungen würden schon ein bisschen kitschig wirken!
