Nice, relaxing holiday *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe had booked a room with ocean view and got a room on the ground floor with a terrace facing the sea. It was great, because we were able to get it right from the room on the terrace on the lawn and to the beach. The beach chairs cost three euros per day. We had an air mattress, which we put at the beach, the sunbathing area and had to not every day the beach chairs/pay. The rooms facing the street are not so popular, since it is the street noise from the main street directly in front of the hotel and it was annoying. Mainly older people, but not only! We found the but that didn't matter. The food was great. Always in buffet form and you could always find something the leisure activity offer was good. Very good in our opinion, the desserts. Okay, the quality and taste of the food were very expensive, but we always only 1 bottle of water for Food (1 liter) without gas ordered, 2.50 euros-which goes still. Otherwise, you can buy wine and water in the supermarket right across the street from the hotel. We then just after the meal in the evening on the terrace of wine, because the restaurant was a bit too expensive. The nationalities of the guests was mixed. We were mostly there, to relax and to relax and managed to help us. Nevertheless, we have made a few trips: on the one hand, we have taken two days a rental car and the whole island. It is highly recommended! There are beautiful beaches and coastal areas, as well as romantic small villages in the mountains surrounded by ancient olive forests to admire. We also have great taverns and fish restaurants, out of the way. We are also with the bus to Corfu town and just wandered the old town and in a small courtyard-tavern still comfortably in the evening. The bus stop is directly next to the sister hotel across the street, and the buses run every 20 minutes.
