One of the best hotel experiences of my life
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA brilliantly-run, family -feel hotel. Superb location in the city of Florence with every major attaction with a 10minute walking radius. Spotlessly clena with all modern amenities, the Davanzati still evokes the feel of a cozy Inn. Great breakfast buffet and their famous complimentary Happy Hour drinks and snacks make mingling and sharing the travel stories of the day a true pleasure. Guests range in age from young couples to retirees with a wealth of nationalities and backgrounds.
Location
Great Restaurants, shopping (the famous Leather market as well as upscale and local stores) and cultural sights are all within very easy strolling distance.
Prompt, friendly and knowledgable! that's what you get at the Davnzati. They arranged tours, restaurant and gallery and museum reservations for us with a smile and brilliant suggestions. Our room was always cleaned upon our return form a day out and about.
Gastronomy
Though no full-service restaurant is on site, breakfast and Happy Hour snacks/drinks were just right! The happy hour is especially fun!
