Worse I have ever experienced in Europe *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A APositive is here only one thing, in other words the location in the forest with hiking and biking trails right next to the hotel.
Negative-I try it in the right order to:
-Arrival with my partner at 14:30 (earliest check-in according to the reservation for 15 o 'clock)-a few got its rooms and we were told, that our still not ready and not 15 o' clock be the case (and not nicely!)
-after a walk (our luggage was only reluctantly! Deposited in the luggage) we were back at 15:10 in the hotel and a few got room demand they told us then, that our room was ready
the front desk of the hotel made a reasonable impression, at the entrance of the corridor to our room (number 3) one had the feeling to enter another world (statement of the hotel in addition: there should be renovated, it looks so dirty and unkempt and that is why there are no decorations on the wall)
-our room (first): (only the highlights) floor (really disgusting!) total dirty, worn out beds, mold in the bathroom and room furniture for which I am ashamed would, on the worn to (unfortunately we have only bad Handybilder)
the next we checked out the Spa area, since we were in the sauna wanted. I can say it that way, with the dark wood and the years to sweat out, the sauna put a preservation order
-we left the hotel and on coffee or visit the restaurants without
-after we had eaten and were agreed to complain, despite only a night stay the room, although we had someone (much nicer!) other at the front desk, but could help us of Mr anyway not really. He has also confirmed our deficiencies and we also have the room changed, but the new one was only marginally better (the pictures from the second room).
the breakfast: the area of the restaurant, where breakfast is served, was very dimly lit, so we have set ourselves to a window. The table was dirty and it also-and we have roughly cleaned it yourself and cutlery from the neighboring table and document to give. We face the same problem during the half-hour stay at the breakfast area witnessed several instances.
-Scrambled eggs from milk or egg-or whatever you wish to call it a powder. Just disgusting.
-a coffee maker (which was hot water for tea out schenkte) for minutes 30 guests. We stood in line-is a communicative.
-Orange juice was refilled, the dirty decanters on the spot were filled up.
-Fruit salad, yogurt and a lot more was empty when we arrived and was not also filled up (30 minutes) as long as we were in the area
-The used dishes piled on each table
-a guest dared to ask for grain (empty), he was lucky, that it is not bumped
Last but not least-at the pay the bill we were asked, whether we were happy. The one or the other, we have mentioned-we didn't have the impression, that anyone interested. The answer was only, it makes it more inclusive of tax so much €.
